Service Awards

Employment Milestones

Supporting the NMSU system over the course of a career is worthy of recognition and the ARA program supports this commitment. Service awards are based on milestones of five to 40 years of continuous service in five-year increments. Employees who reach the 5-year milestone receive a pin. For milestones after that, employees are invited to choose from a selection of gifts.

Retirement Recognition

The NMSU system was built on the work and contributions of past faculty and staff. As a way to say thank you, individuals who retire with 10 or more continuous years of service receive a retirement plaque in recognition of their contributions to NMSU.
