NMSU Crimson Recognition Program

New Mexico State University (NMSU) recognizes the most important and valuable asset any organization has is its employees. In recognition and appreciation of the dedication and accomplishments of faculty and staff across the NMSU system, the Human Resource Services’ Center for Learning & Professional Development manages the Crimson Recognition Program (CRP). The CRP's  goal is to facilitate the recognition and appreciation of faculty and staff across the NMSU system for their service, leadership, and for making positive, significant differences in our university and community.

This webpage provides resources and ideas that support these goals. You will find links to formal awards, service awards, and a toolbox with recognition and appreciation ideas, templates, and materials. Also included are articles, research, and training on the science of appreciation and employee engagement.
